We loved spending time by the pools, especially the longest one with its swim-up bars. The kids enjoyed the supervised club, allowing us to relax while they had fun. Great activities throughout the day kept everyone entertained, including a lively atmosphere at night.

My kids wished there were more dining options available, especially for lunch, as the popular spots were always crowded. It would be a lot better if we could make reservations more easily for families.

I loved how close I was to the Mayan Museum of Cancun, just a 10-minute walk away, which made exploring the rich history so convenient, and the beautiful park areas near the beach allowed for a relaxing stroll in the evenings. the room itself was neat and tidy, perfect for a single traveler comfortable in well-kept surroundings.
